What you'll do
You'll work as a Production Engineer in a related field, preferably with proven experience in assembly operations, preferably in an automotive or industrial manufacturing setup.
- Monitor KPIs and generate production and quality reports using ERP systems
- Optimize assembly processes and layouts to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Plan manpower and allocate resources to meet production targets and minimize fatigue
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve process issues
- Coordinate with maintenance for equipment functionality and troubleshooting
- Train and supervise staff to meet quality and efficiency standards
- Maintain QC procedures and adhere to R&D specifications for racing and production
- Support R&D with testing, certification samples, and issue reporting
What you need
You'll need a Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent, from a reputable University. You'll also need a minimum of four (3-5) years' experience in a related field.
- Required skill 1: Proficiency in project management, quality control, and lean manufacturing tools
- Required skill 2: Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing reporting tools
- Required skill 3: Communicate in written and spoken English
