What you'll do
You'll assist in the management of the screen printing department, ensuring smooth production processes and high-quality decal printed sheets.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline the production process
- Oversee screen preparation, color mixing, and screen-printing machine operations
- Monitor the quality of decal printed sheets and troubleshoot printing issues
- Supervise chemicals inventory and ensure proper handling and storage
- Maintain and monitor key equipment
- Ensure accurate color matching and uphold HSE standards across the department
- Manage ERP systems, inventory tracking, and project reporting for smooth operations
What you need
You'll need a graduate or diploma certificate holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. You should have strong communication and troubleshooting skills, be fluent in written and spoken English, and be willing to work extra hours when needed.
