What you'll do
You'll ensure smooth workflow in the painting department, aligned with SOPs and quality standards. Monitor production quality, optimize processes, and resolve bottlenecks. Guarantee paint and coating applications meet all specifications. Develop and refine paint techniques to boost efficiency and reduce waste. Manage inventory levels to maintain stock and minimize waste. Collaborate with technical teams to develop or improve paint products. Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all painted products.
What you need
You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. 4+ years of experience in paint manufacturing or coating application. Proficient in written and spoken English. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Skilled in quality control, defect tracking, and paint formulation.
