What you'll do
Do you have an eye for color, a steady hand, and a passion for precision? We’re looking for a talented Custom Painter to bring bold designs and flawless finishes to life—one helmet at a time!
- Inspect helmet shells to verify model and size before painting.
- Check surfaces for pinholes, scratches, and evenness to ensure a perfect base.
- Review product color references and mix paint accurately to match project specs.
- Apply corrections and ensure paint compatibility across layers and finishes.
- Reproduce graphic designs using masking, shading, line tapes, and fine detailing techniques.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Department to meet design and quality standards.
- Verify that finished paintwork matches reference artwork with precision.
- Submit helmets to quality control and apply changes as needed to meet final approval.
What you need
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
- Knowledgeable in paint materials—how to select, mix, and apply them.
- Precision-focused with a passion for craftsmanship and creativity.
