What you'll do
You'll be responsible for handling national and international customer orders, mainly through a ticket system, efficiently and reliably. You'll process orders such as returns, exchanges, credits, and repairs. You'll provide information on products, prices, conditions, and delivery times. You'll coordinate service processing in close collaboration with the workshop on site. You'll record and control orders in the ERP system to ensure a smooth goods flow. You'll create internal guidelines and instructions after completing your training. You'll create and evaluate reports and derive measures in consultation with the supervisor. You'll participate in optimizing and continuously improving existing processes.
What you need
- You have a completed commercial education, e.g., as an industrial, office, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk, a comparable study or a similar qualification
- You bring several years of experience in order processing and ideally professional experience in an industrial or trading company
- You work structured and independently
- With your fluent German skills in word and writing and good English skills, you can effectively communicate with our customers
- You are experienced in using MS Office (especially Excel) and quickly and safely work your way into new systems
- You have experience with ERP systems, ideally with MS Navision
