What you'll do
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure excellent service with your engagement. As the central interface between customers and AVL DiTEST, you will actively contribute to customer satisfaction and ensure smooth order processing.
- Handling customer inquiries in 1st level support - with a focus on fast, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
- Technical and commercial consulting of customers - supported by an experienced support team
- Telephone and written answering of customer inquiries within the daily support
- Bringing in suggestions for improvement to optimize customer communication, services, and customer satisfaction
- Participating in the development of support tools and internal processes
What you need
- Experience in customer service or the automotive industry
- Enjoyment of contact with people and fun working in a team
- Curiosity and interest in technical topics
- Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills, good English language skills
- Secure handling of MS Office, ideally experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
