What this role is and why it existsWe are looking for a talented Content Creator to join our brilliant Commercial Department at our state-of-the-art campus in Silverstone. Within this role, you will uncover and innovatively tell the human and technical stories that happen at our facility each day – creating video, photography and social content that grows our audiences, deepens fandom and delivers value for our Partners.## What you'll doYou'll be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases the Aston Martin F1 team's story, including video, photography, and social media content. You'll work closely with the commercial team to develop storylines, pitch and storyboard ideas, and create content that meets brand and campaign objectives.- Story Hunting & Journalism: Proactively identify and develop storylines across Operations, Engineering, Partnerships, Guest Experience and People teams.- Content Creation: Film and edit high-quality video content with strong hooks and narrative structure. Deliver social-ready assets optimised for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels.- Creative Planning: Contribute to daily content planning sessions. Pitch and storyboard hero, hub and hygiene ideas that support brand and campaign objectives.- Partner Value: Authentically integrate partner exposure within our storytelling. Deliver assets that meet contractual KPIs and partnership expectations.- Platform-First Execution: Stay immersed in evolving social formats and algorithms. Produce content tailored to maximise performance on each platform.- Brand Governance: Ensure every asset reflects Aston Martin’s premium brand identity, tone and aesthetic. Uphold guidelines while consistently elevating creative standards.## What you needTo succeed in this role, you'll need:- Proven experience as a Content Creator or Videographer within sport, entertainment or luxury, with a fan-first, mobile-first mindset.- Exceptional storytelling ability, with strong skills in ideation, storyboarding and delivering platform-optimised hero/hub/hygiene content.- Expert videography and editing capabilities, including strong cinematography fundamentals and advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus).- Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn - knowing what performs and why.- Ability to work proactively and independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.- Calm, confident and organised under pressure, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.## Why this mattersThis role is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team and contribute to the success of the Aston Martin F1 team.
