What you'll do
You'll help keep our people informed, engaged and connected. Working closely with the Internal Communications Lead, you will help deliver our internal communications strategy and ensure our people receive the right information, at the right time, in the right way.
- Support the delivery of the Team’s Internal Communications Strategy
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the business to plan and deliver communications for priority projects
- Manage internal communication channels and inboxes, including: Day-to-day management of the Team intranet (News Hub content and updates)
- Preparation and delivery of regular newsletters, staff notices and HR communications
- Development and scheduling of content for on-site digital screens via Exterity
- Maintenance of communication calendars, plans, trackers and distribution list
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events such as town halls, race debriefs and engagement activities
What you need
A strong working knowledge of digital tools and content management systems (SharePoint or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- The confidence to remain calm and focused under pressure
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow
- The ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with colleagues at all levels
- A flexible, team-oriented mindset suited to a demanding and rapidly changing environment
