What you'll do
As a Programme Management Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex automotive programmes. You will lead the creation and maintenance of programme documentation, data, and reports, enabling seamless cross-functional collaboration. Acting as a key link between the Programme Managers and wider teams, you will drive coordination, communication, and proactive issue resolution to keep projects on track.
What you need
Our ideal candidate will have an Engineering/Programme Management degree, with proven experience in project management or product development, ideally within an automotive environment. You will be familiar with industry-standard project delivery processes and be proficient in MS Project, with project management tools an advantage. You will have experience with IFS or similar MRP tools, with strong organisational and time management skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
