What you'll do
You'll be responsible for the industrialization and continuous improvement of composite components, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality results.
- Lead and manage the production of composite components and carbon parts for high-level race cars
- Undertake the concept scheming and definition of structural and non-structural composite components
- Define ply books, tooling, and jig designs for efficient and repeatable production
- Apply deep understanding of composite fabrication methods and machine shop operations
- Manage production-related projects, ensuring on-time delivery within agreed cost and quality targets
- Continuously optimize component designs for performance, manufacturability, and efficiency
What you need
You'll need a degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or equivalent, sound knowledge of composite production processes and relevant manufacturing technologies, and experience with CAD systems for solid and surface design.
