As a Programme Management Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex automotive programmes. You will lead the creation and maintenance of programme documentation, data, and reports, enabling seamless cross-functional collaboration. Acting as a key link between the Programme Managers and wider teams, you will drive coordination, communication, and proactive issue resolution to keep projects on track.

What you'll do

Maintain accurate, resourced, and costed project plans to support programme milestones.

Monitor programme costs, forecast future spend, and collaborate with all functions to meet cost targets.
Maintain live deliverable status versus targets and proactively highlight deviations.

What you need

Own the Bill of Materials lifecycle, from initial setup through refinement and into production.

Coordinate timely component releases and track KPIs to ensure readiness for all build phases.
Ensure programme data repositories (e.g. SharePoint) are structured, current, and accessible.
