The Vice President, Global Supply Chain is responsible for leading the strategic direction, performance, and continuous advancement of Valvoline Global Operations' end-to-end supply chain. This includes direct accountability for global manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, demand and supply planning, and customer service across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

What you'll do

The role ensures operational execution aligns with Valvoline's strategic goals, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) standards, financial targets, and customer expectations.

Develop and execute global supply chain strategies aligned with business growth, EH&S standards, and operational excellence.
Lead regional supply chain leaders across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC in driving standardization, performance, and global alignment.

What you need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in a global manufacturing context.
