What you'll do
You'll lead the preparation, fitting, and finishing of carbon fibre, composite, and fabricated panels for competition cars. Perform strip down, inspection and repairs following each event and reporting any faults. Oversee build specifications and ensure high levels of finish and structural integrity. Support Junior Technicians and coordinate day-to-day workshop tasks. Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to ensure accurate fitment and quality control. Assist with development of new bodywork components and repair methods. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, with meticulous attention to detail and safety.

- Strong knowledge of carbon fibre and GRP repair techniques, panel bonding, and trimming.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and follow build documentation.
- A proactive and solution-focused attitude, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving.
