What you'll do
You'll be part of our casual pool, helping to deliver our events and create unforgettable experiences for all of our visitors. Positions vary between events and may include roles such as Ticket Scanners, Information Stewards, Hosts, and Box Office Support.
- Coordinate event operations and ensure smooth delivery of events
- Respond to urgent requests and queries from visitors and staff
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors, getting quotes and overseeing work quality
- Track event costs and identify opportunities to reduce waste whilst maintaining standards
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be working with visitors and staff from all backgrounds
- Comfortable using technology, including laptops and other event equipment
