What you'll do
You'll join our passionate Kennels Kitchen team as a Demi Chef de Partie, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our members.
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Managing stock movement and ordering for your section
- Completing mise en place and supporting the wider kitchen team
- Learning new skills and recipes from senior chefs
- Supporting menu development and implementation
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
- Assisting the restaurant kitchen during busy periods when needed
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or readiness to step into the role, a genuine passion for food and service, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, a positive, proactive attitude and a sense of fun, and reliable transport due to our rural location.
