Key Requeriments:
Experience/Education: IT college background desired, programming experience
Knowledge : SAP, ARM, Microsoft Office (Visio and Excel mandatory), Macros, Power BI, Knime, basic accounting knowledge.
Skills : Desktop automation, Ability to understand processes and divide them into tasks, English skills, customer focus, sense of urgency.
Competencies : Effective listening to understand and propose solutions based on customer needs, Deal with ambiguity, Focus to results, integrity and trust.
- Desktop automation based on the team requirements – Automation of process performed by peers to eliminate risk, waste and eliminate nonvalue added steps performed manually.
- Develop solutions to transform and maintain operational metrics for the site – Support maintenance to dashboards, files, macros, and other tools used by the site to keep operation running without any delay or problem due to improper operation of them.
- Increase quality in processes and deliverables by using information technologies - Increase the quality and standardize process taking advantage of previous deployments. Proactive contribution with other members to transform an idea into a solution quickly.

- NON-PO Payment Processing
- Incentive Payments Validation
- SAP Systems (PE1 and PE0)
- Billing Processes at GM Mexico Level
- Tenant Billing for GM Tower
- Coordination with Insurance Providers
- Mainframe Operations
- Intercompany Balance Reconciliations
- Advanced Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Automation Tools (Power BI, Python Knime etc.)
