Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Learn and support daily operations of CM, IPLM, and design environment tools (examples: Git/Bitbucket, Git/Gerrit, Perforce, Subversion, DesignSync, Jenkins, Jira, Methodics IPLM, ICManage, PTC Windchill) under guidance from senior engineers Monitor system health and job queues; triage and resolve routine incidents on Linux/Unix and Windows following runbooks; escalate complex issues appropriately Assist with user onboarding, access and permissions, workspace/repository setup, and license/check-in/check-out issues Contribute automation and tooling (Python and/or Bash) to reduce manual tasks; maintain and update scripts and CI jobs using established templates Help test upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts in sandbox environments; validate results, document findings, and support production changes with supervision Create and improve runbooks, SOPs, FAQs, and user guides; deliver how-to sessions to users as you gain proficiency Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, demos, retros) as a Scrum team member; support backlog by estimating and delivering well-scoped tasks Collaborate with global colleagues; learn and practice effective shift handovers and documentation standards Contribute to standardization by reusing patterns, sharing learnings, and organizing scripts/configurations in version control Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Familiarity with Linux command line and basic Windows administration tasks Scripting ability in Python and/or Bash; eagerness to improve automation skills Understanding of software development basics like version control with Git, branching, code reviews, CI concepts Ability to troubleshoot systematically using logs, documentation, and monitoring tools * Fluent in English; strong customer service mindset and willingness to learnPlease send us your CV in English.
