Develop qualification strategies and plans for modules, considering cost, time, and resources, based on customer needs or product and technology innovations Collaborate closely with design and manufacturing engineering teams during module development to ensure all quality standards are met Provide expert guidance on electrical and mechanical component selection, fabrication processes and assembly techniques to optimize quality and manufacturability Support supplier selection and evaluate purchased materials and components to ensure compliance with quality standards. Ensure that quality criteria are met with a focus on delivering tangible value to customers and Infineon Collaborate cross-functionally with business and operational teams to align on Quality Management objectives A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or comparable At least 6+ years of experience in Quality Management in a technical environment and/or Electronic & Semiconductor assembly/Research &Development/Engineering with product and technology development focus Fundamental knowledge on JEDEC, IEC, AEC and ISO qualification standards for modules and their applications as a strong plus Experience in customer communication and fluent English skills with German language skills as a plus We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
