Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Define and generate test specifications, support production ramp up, and drive yield optimization Develop, maintain and debug test programs and test hardware (Probecards, Loadboards) as well as debug on ATE systems Develop high quality test packages on next generation ATE Drive highly parallel testing, new coverage and test time methodologies, and efficient test program structures/libraries to foster reuse Identify and convert innovative ideas into concrete test improvements Ensure successful transfer of test packages (test programs and test hardware) to Infineon’s worldwide production locations Work on multiple projects at the same time and be open to travel occasionally between different production sites Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed University degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant experience Experience with C/C++ and/or VB programming languages Good understanding of mixed signal IC laboratory verification/characterization is a plus Experience with PCB design and knowledge of DFT (design for testability) Knowledge in Advantest/Teradyne based ATE platforms and automotive products would be a plus Fluency in English (mandatory) and willingness to occasionally travelPlease send us your CV in English.
