Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Take the lead of our Subsystem Development team and drive the implementation of our strategy Drive people development in your team by fostering individual development Drive methodology development and implementation including automation Take full ownership of Subsystem IP portfolio and define the IP roadmap with IP owners Staff project ressources, delegate tasks and manage relationships to key stakeholders Analyse and solve problems of high complexity using your global expert network Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or a similar field At least 6 years of experience in Digital IP/Subsystem Design for highly complex SoCs Experience in leading, managing, and developing R&D teams Knowledge in coding of key languages like Perl, Python Good experience in RTL Design using Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL Have a good understanding of IP/SoC Design & Architectural activities Proven managerial & technical leadership skills (e.g., ambition, taking responsibility, decision-making) Very good communication skills and the ability to build trustful people relationships * Fluent English language skills, German is a plus Contact: Alexander Greie, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
