Job description and responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, you will be required to:
Managing the rental vehicle file:
Retrieval of rental requests for all events, 2026 season.
Implementation of dashboards,
Rental tracking and reporting in services, logbooks and vehicle accreditations (approximately 170 vehicles at the 24 Hours of Le Mans),
Implementation and monitoring of rental procedures,
Vehicle retrieval, condition reports before and after use,
Order tracking and invoicing.
Implement and promote Scootlib and Carlib at each event:
Opening of schedules,
Internal transmission of information,
Implementation of procedures,
Facility,
Presence during the competitions.
Managing administrative tasks:
Accreditations,
Purchase orders/invoices.
Desired profile
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in sports management or event management.
You are independent, proactive, rigorous and organized.
You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy being in the field.
You have a good knowledge of computer tools (Word and Excel),
Driving licence (category B) required.
You are available from March 2026 for a 4 to 6 month internship.
