Getting to know the field of activity and supporting employees in HR management in their daily operations

Supporting a variety of tasks in employee support – from hiring to departure from the company Independently carrying out HR sub-processes and administrative tasks Participating in the analysis and implementation of process optimizations Collaborating on various HR projects WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Law, or a comparable field of study with completed undergraduate studies Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of commitment and flexibility, as well as enjoyment of teamwork Independent and meticulous work ethic NOTES:

Start date: From February 2026
