Support and taking on independent work packages in the organization, preparation, and follow-up of meetings and appointments
Significant support in the further development of measures, tracking processes, and methods
Active participation in and implementation of the optimization of vehicle demand management for all derivative projects using the company's internal software, FAST
Support in the timely preparation of documents and presentations in collaboration with the relevant departments
Independent handling and coordination of project- and department-spanning issues
Support of the staff in daily operations
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
A completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Informatics, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field of study
A structured and solution-oriented work style, as well as a high level of commitment, flexibility, reliability, and a passion for taking responsibility
Strong social skills, communication skills, organizational talent, and strong teamwork skills
Good understanding of processes and quick comprehension
Excellent German and English Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as proficiency in standard MS Office applications (OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge of BI software and Business Application Platforms is advantageous.
