Taking on day-to-day operational tasks in student management
Independently managing and coordinating the student recruitment process – from onboarding to departure
Processing and publishing job postings
Processing and creating certificates
Serving as a liaison to the specialist departments, as well as independent communication and coordination
Independently carrying out HR sub-processes and administrative tasks
Participating in the analysis and implementation of process optimizations
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Law, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study with completed undergraduate studies
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of commitment and flexibility, as well as enjoyment of teamwork
Reliability, as well as independent and meticulous work habits
NOTES:
Start date: From February 2026
Duration: 6 months
