Preparation, execution, and follow-up of the awarding committee and preliminary meetings
Active participation in the team (workshops, team meetings, special projects, liaison with the specialist purchasing teams)
Evaluation, analysis, and processing of purchasing-related data to achieve team and department goals
Support of the purchasing sub-project management in the creation of management documents
Participation in current projects, in particular coordination with affected departments in development, quality, and logistics, as well as external cooperation partners
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Enrolled in a degree program in industrial engineering, economics, engineering, or a comparable field of study with completed undergraduate studies
Basic knowledge of business administration, economics, and cost accounting
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong commitment, excellent teamwork, communication, and integration skills, as well as independence in thinking and acting
Very good English skills
