Are you in?    Your Role  Key responsibilities in your new role:  Are you a strong communicator with a passion for solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional quality? Join us as a Product Quality Manager and play a key role in ensuring outstanding products and services for our global customers.    In your new role, you will:     Define and deploy quality targets for products based on customer, market and application requirements; in addition, proactively capture future goals   Develop and execute qualification strategies and plans (cost, time, resources) based on customer requirements or product and technology innovation and be the technical lead of multidisciplinary qualification teams within projects    Lead technical risk management  by the method and product expertise as well as being a role-model of a challenging reviewer   Ensure that quality criteria are met with a focus on value add for customers and Infineon   Support in case of product and production deviations and risk management for products in volume production   Cooperate with other internal business and operational functions for all Quality Management aspect    Your Profile  Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:  You excel under pressure, value teamwork, and have a structured, self-organized approach. With strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer needs, you thrive in cross-functional project environments, proactively driving success.    Beyond, you are best equipped for those tasks if you have:     A degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or comparable; preferable a PhD   A minimum of 5+ years professional experience in the semiconductor industry or a similar technical environment   Experience in the field of ICs (QM, development, design, component verification, Test etc.)   Knowledge in requirements according to DIN VDE V 0884-11 and/or ISO 26262 is a plus   Experience in methods like 8D, FMEA, 5Why, FTA desirable   Great intercultural communication skills represented by working successfully in international teams  * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and preferably also in GermanPlease send us your CV in English.
