Join the FIA and take on a new role focused on strengthening sustainability across the global FIA Mobility network.
As the Sustainability Manager – Mobility & Clubs, you will have the unique opportunity to support FIA clubs in their transition to low-carbon operations and sustainable mobility models. You will be at the centre of this transition, working to secure a sustainable future for mobility worldwide. You will report to the Director of Sustainability.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CLUB LIAISON & SUSTAINABILITY SUPPORT:
- Serve as the main liaison with Mobility clubs worldwide on sustainability initiatives.
- Support clubs in measuring and reducing emissions.
- Develop and disseminate best practices and toolkits (e.g., carbon budgeting, ISO certification, sustainable events).
- Develop and deliver sustainability training programmes tailored for FIA Mobility Members.
PROGRAMME & PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- Support the development of regional Sustainability Ambassadors embedded in FIA’s regional Mobility offices.
- Work closely with the Director of Sustainability and FIA University to implement and coordinate this programme.
- Manage and promote the FIA Smart Driving Challenge, supporting engagement, data tracking, and communications.
- Coordinate activities related to the UNEP Safe & Clean Vehicles initiative.
- Monitor project implementation and reporting.
- Represent the FIA in external working groups, international partnerships and mobility forums.
- Coordinate joint projects with Development, Environment and Road Safety teams.
PROFILE:
- 8–12 years’ experience in mobility, transport, or sustainability consulting.
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Mobility, Transport, Engineering, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong network and credibility within the mobility ecosystem.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects internationally.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of Mobility Trends and Cultural Sensitivity.
This position is based at the FIA offices in Paris.
