Join the FIA and take on a new role pivotal to our corporate environmental commitments. We are seeking a meticulous and driven specialist to manage our sustainability data, reporting, and compliance.
As the Corporate Sustainability Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to focus on carbon accounting, ISO certifications, and annual sustainability disclosures, ensuring transparency and driving continuous improvement across the organization. You will report to the Director of Sustainability.
MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES :
CORPORATE REPORTING & COMPLIANCE:
- Lead data collection for FIA’s annual Carbon Report (Q1 focus).
- Coordinate ISO 14001 and ISO 20121 audits (Q2 focus).
- Lead the preparation of the annual Sustainability Report (Q4 focus), defining the report structure and key messages.
- Consolidate content from subject-matter experts and ensure data consistency and assurance in collaboration with Finance.
- Partner with the Communications team for writing and design execution of the report.
- Support the Director on internal policies and reporting frameworks.
- Maintain documentation and continuous improvement processes for certification.
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst to ensure accuracy of carbon calculations.
STAKEHOLDER & PROJECT SUPPORT:
- Provide guidance and evaluation support for sustainability-focused grant applications and mobility innovation projects.
- Engage with policymakers, FIA Members, and external partners to promote sustainable mobility frameworks and influence global transport policy discussions.
PROFIL :
- 3–6 years’ experience in corporate sustainability, environmental reporting, or consulting.
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, Business.
- Strong technical ability with Excel, carbon tools, and data management.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and rigorous; comfortable working independently.
- English fluent (mandatory), French is desirable.
- Possesses key skills including: Analytical Precision, Organisation, Reliability, Team Collaboration, and Confidentiality.
This position is based at the FIA offices in Paris.
