The Member Services & Insights Project Coordinator advances the mission by leading projects, analysing member data, and fostering collaboration across Member Clubs, Regional Offices, and internal teams.
The role reports to the Director of Membership & Services.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MEMBER INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS:
- Collect and analyse Member Club information to generate actionable insights for FIA programmes and services.
- Apply a marketing/CRM approach to turn these insights into practical recommendations.
- Build and maintain a Salesforce ecosystem to centralise Club intelligence, monitor needs, and enable targeted support and segmentation.
- Coordinate the design, distribution, and analysis of memberhip surveys to inform decision-making.
- Support processes to ensure Club data is complete, accurate, and up to date.
MOBILITY SERVICES COMMISSION:
- Coordinate Commission’s activities, deliverables, meetings, and reporting.
- Ensure Working Groups advance their agendas and produce outputs such as toolkits, reports, and guidelines.
- Enhance the visibility and impact of the Commission’s work across the global Club network by sharing knowledge, best practices, and expertise through communications, webinars, and other formats to foster collaboration and learning among Clubs.
REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME:
- Coordinate the administration and oversight of this annual funding mechanism designed to support the growth, initiatives, and activities of our Regional Offices.
TEAM OPERATIONS AND EVENTS:
- Support the operations of the Membership & Services Team, including planning and delivering events and meetings.
PROFILE:
- University degree in international relations, business administration, marketing, data management, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in project management, data analysis, or marketing, ideally within an international organisation.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), survey tools, and/or programme monitoring and reporting.
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools, with the ability to create presentations, reports, and dashboards with Power BI.
- Analytical mindset, able to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Strong sense of service and collaboration, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural sense of diplomacy and the ability to navigate in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in Spanish.
This position is based at the FIA offices in Paris, France.
