As Business Development Coordinator, you will support the FIA Mobility Business Development Department in both identifying and securing new strategic partners, as well as managing relationships with existing ones. Working across multiple time zones and markets, you will contribute to building impactful partnerships that align with the FIA’s mission and vision in the mobility sector. From proposal development to partner communications and CRM management, you will be an essential part of a high-performing and internationally focused team. You will report to the Head of Business Development - Mobility.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & PROPOSALS
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities aligned with the FIA's strategic framework
- Assist in shaping value propositions and drafting compelling proposals tailored to prospective partners
- Prepare pitch decks, presentations, and other materials to support partnership outreach
- Support partner engagement by participating in meetings and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot)
PARTNER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure that partner deliverables and commitments are met
- Assist in the organization and execution of partnership review meetings
- Maintain documentation, action logs, and communication records related to partner accounts
- Support relationship management activities with FIA Member Clubs
- Contribute to building long-term, trust-based relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through
PROFILE:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong asset
- Degree in International Business Management or a related field preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and resilience
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
- International outlook and understanding of global business dynamics
- A passion for mobility, innovation, or sustainability sectors
- Experience with software solution sales is a plus
This position is based at the FIA offices in Paris and may require occasional international travel to partner meetings or industry events.
