Early vehicle development phase, lead integration of vehicle level to ensure design and engineering meet product design standards and quality requirements through cross-functional collaboration

What You'll Do -
The internship program will support the below works and have related projects.

Develop vehicle package layouts.
-
Collaborate with designers for exterior and interior design.
-
Establish a virtual development environment through virtual benchmarking.
-
Research and analyze trends in advanced mobility technologies and competitive vehicle benchmarking.

- 차량공간 및 각 시스템 통합 패키지 설계 역할
- 디자인과 엔지니어링을 정교하게 조율하는 역할
- VR/AR 등 몰입형 기술을 활용한 가상현실 시뮬레이션 및 테스트 & 벤치 마킹 역할
- 시장에 출시된 다양한 차량을 성능, 품질, 기술, 사용자 경험 측면에서 분석하여, 자사 차량의 강점과 개선점을 도출 역할
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) -
-
Majors Required : STEM-related majors such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Chemical & Materials Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.

Eligibility:
-Graduates or students expected to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a 4-year accredited university by February 2026
- Language Proficiency: TOEIC score of 700 or higher
• OPIC and TOEIC Speaking/Writing scores will be converted to TOEIC equivalents (OPIC IM2 or above, TOEIC Speaking Level 6 or above)
• Graduates or expected graduates from overseas universities are exempt from submitting a TOEIC score
-GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of B (3.0/4.5 scale) or higher
-Must be available for full-time internship
-Preference will be given to veterans and individuals eligible for employment protection under applicable laws
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) -

UG (NX) and 3D math modeling tool user

Early adopter with interest in Immersive Technology (AR, VR, MR)

General knowledge of vehicle systems

Experience with Design Thinking projects

Proficiency in MS Applications & Power Platform
(Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)

3. Additional Information:
• Internship Period : January 5, 2026 - March 13, 2026 (10weeks)
• Work Location: Bupyeong/Cheongra, Incheon
• A stipend will be provided in accordance with company policy, based on actual internship days.
• This internship is conversion-track, and full-time employment may be offered based on performance evaluation upon completion of the internship.
