The Role -
- Design body, exterior, and chassis components to meet program timing and specifications while satisfying requirements for safety, durability, driving performance, and styling intent
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Test groups to ensure seamless integration between design requirements and production capabilities
- Perform structural analysis and CAE-based solution development and optimization to achieve required performance targets for body, exterior, and chassis components
- Continuously acquired up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to apply innovative solutions to body, chassis, and exterior design
What You’ll Do -
- Develop advanced Body, Exterior & Chassis designs for future-ready vehicles
- Optimize systems based on regulations, safety, and performance
- Design vehicle packages and components with focus on customer needs and product competitiveness
- Collaborate globally and analyze competitors to enhance eco-friendly and high-tech vehicle development
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) -
Majors Required:
STEM-related majors such as Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and Materials Science
Eligibility:
-Graduates or students expected to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a 4-year accredited university by February 2026
- Language Proficiency: TOEIC score of 700 or higher
• OPIC and TOEIC Speaking/Writing scores will be converted to TOEIC equivalents (OPIC: IM2 or above, TOEIC Speaking: Level 6 or above)
• Graduates or expected graduates from overseas universities are exempt from submitting a TOEIC score
-GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of B (3.0/4.5 scale) or higher
-Must be available for full-time internship
-Preference will be given to veterans and individuals eligible for employment protection under applicable laws
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) -
- Individuals with a positive and proactive attitude, and strong problem analysis and solving skills
- Candidates with experience using design tools (e.g., NX) for automotive design and development
- Those who have participated in automotive-related academic-industry projects or symposiums (e.g., Body, Exterior, Chassis components)
- Individuals with leadership experience

• A stipend will be provided in accordance with company policy, based on actual internship days.
