The Role -
As an Application UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of in-vehicle infotainment systems. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually engaging application interfaces, while ensuring that all UI deliverables meet the highest standards of usability and quality within the automotive environment.
What You'll Do -

Design user interfaces for applications within vehicle infotainment systems.

Validate UI deliverables in real vehicle environments and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and UX researchers to align design with technical and user requirements.

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design standards across all infotainment applications.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) -
Majors Required: Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Eligibility:
-Graduates or students expected to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a 4-year accredited university by February 2026
- Language Proficiency: TOEIC score of 700 or higher
• OPIC and TOEIC Speaking/Writing scores will be converted to TOEIC equivalents (OPIC: IM2 or above, TOEIC Speaking: Level 6 or above)
• Graduates or expected graduates from overseas universities are exempt from submitting a TOEIC score
-GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of B (3.0/4.5 scale) or higher
-Must be available for full-time internship
-Preference will be given to veterans and individuals eligible for employment protection under applicable laws
You Will Have a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) -

Proven experience in UI design, preferably for embedded systems or automotive applications.

Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
-
Experience designing for Android-based infotainment or automotive platforms.
-
Familiarity with automotive HMI standards and guidelines.
-
Ability to interpret and apply feedback from real-world testing environments.
-
Knowledge of motion design and prototyping tools.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
