Your Role At the Software Product and Ideation Team, we identify and evaluate new software-based products to initiate new businesses. The Ideation Factory is a hub for creativity and innovation, where we bring together diverse perspectives and expertise to evaluate new software-based product ideas. Key responsibilities in your new role: Take Responsibility: Build and develop the Ideation Factory Community, creating and engaging content for our intranet, which introduces our activities and achievements in ideating and evaluating new software ideas Reliable work: Plan, organize and execute engaging internal events and workshops to foster community building Focus on the future: Design and launch campaigns that support the development of our online presence and community engagement strategy Data is everything: Track engagement metrics, monitoring the reach and impact of campaigns, events and online content Teamwork is dreamwork: Collaborate with our team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels. You also support feedback and data collection by creating surveys to capture input from team members and other stakeholders Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Study field: You are currently studying for a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar Experience: Experience in project management and event planning Knowledge: Familiar with online, social media management tools, and content management systems Way of working: You are able to work independently and as part of a team Personality: You are creative, motivated, and eager to learn and grow with our team Language skills: You have good knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
