Your Role The role involves planning internal events, designing online campaigns, tracking engagement metrics, and collaborating with the team to ensure consistent messaging and branding, all with the goal of fostering community building and supporting the development of the organization's online presence. Key responsibilities in your new role Reliable work: Support in planning and (onsite) trade fairs and face-to-face events. Focus on the future: Management and organization of the event warehouse (materials, shipping, inventory), as well as research on event-related topics such as giveaways, locations, service providers, and event acts Data is everything: Documentation and follow-up of events, track engagement metrics, monitoring the reach and impact of event and tradeshows Teamwork is dream work: Working with international stakeholder, partners and suppliers, and collaboration in setting up and maintaining task management tools and process structures Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Study field: You are currently studying for a degree in BWL, Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar Interests: Interest in live communication, brand staging and event organization Experience: First experience in project management, process planning and event planning Knowledge: Familiar with MS Office / M365 programms, AI tools sand content management systems Way of working: You are able to work independently and as part of a team Personality: You are creative, motivated, and eager to learn and grow with our team Language skills: You have good knowledge of German and English, both written and verbal Please attach the following documents to your application: CV in English Certificate of enrollment at university Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) High school reportImportant information: Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
