The CCA Senior Warranty Analyst is a subject matter expert in all aspects of warranty processing and procedures. His/her primary responsibility is to plan and create the region warranty expense budget considering elements such as inflation, price elasticity and car park expected growth as well as to improve the Global Warranty Management system through implementing sound processes and ensuring completion of tasks on time every time.
Main Activities
- Generate the growth projection of warranty spend and cost savings to report monthly results, objectives, and challenges at the Global Warranty Forum.
- Act as the CCA Mexican representative for all Global Warranty Management system enhancements deliverables.
- Work with local teams in innovation projects that improve the warranty process and contribute to expense reduction.
- Solve distributors and Aftersales district managers questions related to Global warranty system, when facing claim processing issues.
- Successfully execute Warranty and Service Excellence programs and deliver dealer network results.
- Manages the culture within their team, holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GM values and cultural behaviors

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics or similar experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- User of MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Big Data Management
- Power BI (Mandatory)
- Databricks
- Statistical knowledge and data interpretation
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Ability to express ideas, problems, solutions, recommendations in English
- Ability to create budget reports and track expenses
