Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK. What you need? The mindset of an athlete. Your mission
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and key metrics to support data-driven decision-makingPrepare and monitor HR budgets, forecasts, and planning processesConduct cost analyses (e.g. personnel costs, FTE development)Support the preparation of salary reviews and bonus processesMaintain job architecture and benchmarking dataEnsure data quality and support the optimization of HR processesCreate reports for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with Finance and Controlling to align HR data and budgeting processesSupport internal and external auditsContribute to HR projects
Your profile
University degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Human Resources or a related fieldInitial work experience in HR Controlling, HR Analytics or Finance is an advantageStrong Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or TableauKnowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. SAP, Personio) and data managementExcellent German and English skills, both written and spokenAnalytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented working styleTeam player with strong communication skills and high affinity for numbers
