Supporting the Division Management Office in Operations (Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, Aftersales, Manufacturing, and Facility Management)
Preliminary control, organization, planning, and support of relevant committees/meetings, as well as monitoring implementation
Development of new methods, processes, and driving of assigned measures, as well as definition, coordination, and continuous optimization
Evaluation and derivation of strategic options and requirements
Taking on special projects
Preparation of management committee documents
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
First completed bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, technical business administration, or similar
Strong determination, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, ability for structured problem-solving, excellent organizational skills, good communication skills, motivation, and commitment
Ideally, experience from a previous internship at Mercedes-Benz AG or another OEM
Fluent in English Written and spoken
Extensive knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG product range
