WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU:
Building, maintaining, and further developing trusting relationships with international VIP customers – with a focus on long-term customer loyalty and an exclusive service experience
Ensuring a holistic 360° customer experience across all touchpoints – before, during, and after the vehicle purchase
Representing the brand at premium events and providing individual customer support on-site – nationally and internationally
Working closely with internal departments (sales, marketing, product management, events, after-sales) to implement individual customer requests
Developing and implementing strategic direct sales approaches for exclusive vehicle segments such as small series, motorsport models, and special editions
Developing and analyzing sales and profitability targets, including data-based segmentation and prioritization of relevant target customer groups
Designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing targeted sales promotion measures in the premium segment, taking into account relevant market and competitive developments
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Completed training or studies in business administration, marketing, media and communications management, or comparable education
Several years of professional experience in dealing with VIP customers, ideally in the automotive or luxury segment, as well as a feel for exclusive customer needs and high-quality service
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies for exclusive vehicle segments (e.g., small series, motorsport models, special editions)
In-depth knowledge of CRM, data-based target group analysis, and the derivation of sales- and profit-oriented measures
Confident appearance, strong communication skills, and very good written and spoken German and English skills; another foreign language is desirable
Willingness to travel internationally, an independent and structured way of working, as well as a high level of commitment and dedication
