Further development and management of the global marketing and communications strategy of the Mercedes-AMG Brand & Customer Experience
Concept and implementation of national and international marketing activities for the Mercedes-AMG Brand & Customer Experience
Development and creation of new, innovative media formats/content for traditional and digital communications measures (e.g., social media, newsletter, website)
Conducting analyses and evaluations to identify optimization potential
Coordination with international subsidiaries, external service providers, agencies, and internal departments
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
First completed bachelor's degree in business or communications (with a focus on marketing, events, and/or communications) or a comparable field of study
High affinity for the automotive industry and ideally initial practical experience in marketing and event management
Social media affinity and understanding of various communication channels and their tracking
Confident handling of communication channels (press, social media, internal communications)
Brand understanding and storytelling skills to convey driving dynamics Present content in an emotional and target-group-appropriate manner
Interface competence between project managers, agencies, and clients
Knowledge of InDesign / Photoshop is an advantage
Analysis and reporting skills to measure campaign success and optimize it based on data
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Independent working style and initiative, as well as enjoyment of working in a team
High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility, as well as willingness to work weekends and holidays
Very good English skills, knowledge of other foreign languages ??is an advantage
Willingness to travel, flexibility, and a Class B driver's license
