Supporting the competency team manager in the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of internal committee meetings (including creating decision-making templates for management)
Moderating and conducting regular meetings with related departments (Development, Purchasing, Controlling, Quality), including pre- and post-processing
Supporting project documentation (component maturity level, deadline tracking, and cost management)
Monitoring the activities of the component scope to be managed, identifying areas for action, and driving necessary decision-making processes until targets are achieved
Monitoring the on-time progress of the maturity level and monitoring the component scheduling for completeness and timeliness
Participation in status reporting of weight, cost, deadline, maturity level, quality, and technical targets, as well as the overall competency team status according to the committee landscape
Moderating and conducting competency team meetings
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program, as well as technical interest
Analytical, highly structured working style, reliability, and a comfortable working environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills, a high degree of initiative, determination, and assertiveness
Basic knowledge of project management and proficiency in MS Office
High degree of commitment, determination, and analytical and structured working style
Quick comprehension, flexibility, and creativity in problem-solving
Very good knowledge of German and English
