Position overview
This position will be responsible for managing and coordinating strategic projects in North America. These initiatives and projects include, but are not limited to corporate strategy development, implementation, and market coordination with internal and external teams and business partners. Within the scope of these initiatives, this position will collaborate with stakeholders at PCNA, PCL and PAG within the sales, marketing, finance, business development departments and others as required. This position will also serve as an extension and advisory to the CEO’s office and broader Executive Committee.
Roles & responsibilities
Strategy development based on current industry trends and integration of headquarters initiatives into the PCNA project landscape
Lead PCNA Project Management Office and continuously seek to optimize the process
Develop business cases and plans for new concepts and ideas
Manage project schedules, project budgets, and project deliverables independently
Communicate strategy across the organization and foster inter-departmental information exchange and collaboration on strategic projects
Responsible for the creation and integration of business processes that ensure the effective exploitation of future profit pool opportunities within the appropriate departments
Coordinate regular market development and planning activities across PCNA, PCL and PAG, which includes but is not limited to volume planning
Act as a key advisory to PCNA President and CEO and the members of the Executive Committee and key point of contact for PAG representatives to communicate executive decisions with regards to regional and market-related initiatives

Required qualifications include:
Bachelors’ degree in International Business, Engineering, Marketing/Sales, Finance or equivalent required
5+ years professional experience with a leading industrial corporation or leading consultancy
1-2 years of project management experience with a track record of successfully implemented projects
Experience in developing fact and figure driven decision recommendations for Executive/Senior level management
Advanced experience in managing complex, large scale projects
Ability to manage large scale projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders from various organizational and cultural backgrounds
Ability to think entrepreneurially and thrive with a varying level of ambiguity and uncertainty
Ability to creatively solve business problems and motivate others to collaboratively find solutions
Ability to work with a high degree of detail orientation, and accuracy and prioritize tasks in high pressure performance environments
Ability to self-motivate in pursuit of continuous personal and professional improvement
Preferred qualifications include:
Graduate degree or MBA
International experience with exposure to C-suite level
Experience in the Automotive Industry
Foreign language (German)

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$125,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reports compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
