MISSION
The Lifestyle Communication Specialist is responsible for strengthening Maserati’s positioning as an icon of elegance, performance, and Italian excellence through the design and execution of lifestyle communication initiatives on a global scale. Working closely with Brand Content, Product, Events, and Regional Communication teams, this role ensures consistent storytelling and impactful visibility across all relevant lifestyle touchpoints.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develop and implement communication projects that enhance Maserati’s lifestyle dimension, elevating the brand beyond the automotive industry.
- Manage partnerships and collaborations with leading fashion, design, art, and cultural brands.
- Create and oversee lifestyle storytelling content for media, social channels, and brand activations.
- Support co-branding initiatives, influencer marketing campaigns, and special projects with lifestyle relevance.
- Coordinate lifestyle-driven experiential events, community engagement, and brand activations.
- Support media test drives and product experiences with journalists and key opinion leaders.
- Prepare key messages, Q&As, and storytelling assets that highlight product strengths.
- Coordinate with Regional PR teams on reveals, launches, and media materials.
- Track and analyze media coverage and reporting.
- Manage press fleet activities (media cars, VIP requests).
- Contribute to the planning and execution of external events (physical and digital), including product reveals, press conferences, and international test drives, in collaboration with Maserati Events and external partners.
- Support internal events such as Brand Days, conventions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with the Brand Content team on the creation of event-related assets (videos, presentations, creative materials).
- Support Regional teams in local adaptations of global communication initiatives.
- Integrate feedback from Countries and Regions into overall brand communication strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in communication, PR, or brand marketing, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or automotive industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; proven experience in storytelling and content creation for lifestyle contexts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for lifestyle trends, cultural movements, and innovative brand activations.
- Ability to evaluate communication impact, media coverage, and KPIs.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is considered a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, digital PR, and influencer marketing tools.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and an international mindset.
