As the Owner for Product Information Management for Web Experience you are leading the strategy and governance of omni-channel product experience within our Product Information Management (PIM) ecosystem. You will cover the strategy and implementation of building and maintaining taxonomies, relationships and data mapping to simplify the findability of the information. This role combines strong expertise in product data management, commercialization strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize the value of product information as a commercial asset. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Enable the product data commercialization roadmap to align with business growth, channel needs, and customer expectations while focusing on consistency and simplification. Ensure the product data supports go-to-market strategies, digital merchandising, and omnichannel experiences while keeping a clear communication and change management about the impact on the ways of working. Translate business and market requirements into structured data, attributes, and relations in PIM across all feeding and consuming systems and channels. Establish standards for data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the product lifecycle by operationalizing the governance for all accountable users. Implement data governance practices, KPIs, and audits to measure and improve data quality. Partner with product managers, marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure that data models reflect evolving product portfolios and category needs. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless syndication of product data to web shop, social media channels, distributors, partners and more for optimal customer engagement. Watch competition on taxonomies, tech stack and customer experience concepts and derive an improvement strategy for Infineon. Stay informed about benchmarks and emerging industry trends in product content syndication, data standards and digital shelf analytics and translate them into Infineon strategy. Serve as the business lead and partner to IT for the PIM platform, driving enhancements, integrations, and scalability. Deliver product increments in an agile environment, maintaining a focus on high-quality, customer-centric outcomes. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or related field. 5–7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in eCommerce or digital retail, preferably with experience selling physical goods in complex industries like pharma or electronics manufacturing. Proven expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and managing end-to-end product lifecycles. Deep understanding of the data architecture and its impact on the customer journey. Experience with PIM/MDM systems (e.g., Salsify, Stibo, Informatica, Syndigo, Akeneo). Strong understanding of digital commerce ecosystems and product data standards. Exceptional skills in cross-functional stakeholder management. Analytical mindset with experience in data quality metrics and process improvement. Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. Familiarity with global buying behaviors and localized feature expectations. Experience with API development and integrating multiple systems into a cohesive digital experience. Understanding of business architecture and supply chain dynamics in a product environment.
