Be responsible for the project tools such as the preservation and further development of the project management processes within PLM (IP management, Conversion of existing requirement spec into PLM friendly format), KPI system, management reports, data evaluations and information platforms for all functions of the organization (project management, team management, budget responsibility). Be the contact person for 1st level support for R&D Tools and Processes within the organization. Strongly collaborate with project management, other project offices and central R&D functions. Manage and support Requirement Management tool such as Jama. Support with the realization of software applications in cooperationwith internal Software development departments and with IT. A technical background with a degree in Electronical Engineering, Computer science or a related field At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a PMO role or Project Manager. A proactive working attitude as well as the ability to easily adapt to new situations. A strong service-orientation and passion to organize, drive and coordinate meetings. An open and communicative mind-set and joy in working within an international and intercultural team. Very good IT skills such as MS Office are mandatory, knowledge of PLM, Klusa, Jira, Denodo, Tableau, Jama is an highly desirable. Fluent English communication skills.
