Tasks
Position Objective:Execute administrative functions in support of Technical Training operations and projects including process efficiency improvements using advanced functions in programs like Excel. Additionally, assist on an ad-hoc basis with various training processes and issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with business tasks related to budgeting, vehicle usage, and curriculum planning
Assist with invoices, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders
Support weekly classes with learning management system administration tasks
Audit fleet management documentation to ensure it is current
Maintain and improve process documents programmed with advanced VBA functions
Provide ad-hoc assistance on projects

Qualifications:
Education/Skills/Experience/Certifications:
Required to work at OPD at least 3 days each week
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Economics, Education, Finance, Computer Science or IT (minimum of 3 years completed)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel functions including VBA coding, use of arrays, & pivot tables
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Analytical thinking skills that can understand the big picture and drill down to the details
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite applications
Background or knowledge in the automotive field is preferred but not required
Physical requirements
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to work effectively and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
