Description:
- The Gen>NEXTer will be a part of the Technical Planning/Engineering team and work alongside the team members in different projects and areas during this rotation.
- Main objectives will be to support existing vehicle Production processes as well as new model industrialization.
- Other tasks may include, but not limited to: design, project management, digitalization, excel macro, process cycle time and adherence, etc.
The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
- Concept and Development of process layouts, equipment and tooling design, and process steps.
- Participate in Design reviews of new model tooling.
- Process evaluation for overall Production output – cycle time and availability.
- Project management and supplier management.
Qualifications:
· Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
· Willingness to learn.
· Team player mindset.
· Self-driven to push projects and tasks forward.
· Good Communication skills.
· Problem Solving / Analytical skills.
· Organized and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
· MS Office knowledge required.
· Basic CAD knowledge (preferred Catia).
· Preferred but not mandatory: Excel macro, Sharepoint, Apex, etc.
