Job description and duties
Reporting to the Licensing Development & Coordination Manager, you will play a key role in the operational and strategic management of licensing projects, as the preferred contact for internal and external partners.
You will be required to:
•Contribute to the strategic thinking of the licensing activity and to the definition of development axes,
•Ensure a strong commercial role with existing and new licensed partners,
•Ensure relevant market monitoring and conduct benchmarks
•Support licensees in the development and implementation of their projects,
•Ensure the monitoring of deliverables, retrospective planning and contractual commitments,
•Ensure the relationship with internal (marketing, assets, servicing, etc.) and external (licensees, agencies, service providers) contacts,
•Be the operational relay in the management of projects and provide logistical support during events (trade fairs, tests, seminars, etc.),
•Monitor performance indicators and ensure regular reporting of project progress, identifying areas for improvement and development,
•Guarantee a professional and effective relationship with all licensees,
•Contribute to the protection of brands and take the necessary actions against counterfeiting and ambush,
Profile sought
• Bac+4 to Bac+5 training in marketing/commerce
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a BtoB environment, ideally in the licensing, merchandising or derivative products sector,
• Strong ability to work in project mode and across departments with different departments,
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and sense of customer service,
• Power of proposal, autonomy, rigor and curiosity,
• Professional mastery of English (written and oral),
• Good knowledge of economic issues,
• Pragmatic with ROI logic
• Knowledge of intellectual property appreciated.
