Job description and duties
Reporting to the Driving School Manager, the Driving School Coordinator is responsible for organizing the services sold by ACO driving schools. They also participate in the development of Porsche and Alpine activities.
You will be required to:
Organize training courses and ensure the smooth running of services,
Supervise BtoC and BtoB pilot training courses: launch of the day, general coordination,
Ensure the provision of human and material resources before the training courses: planning instructors and cars, checking the availability of spaces,
Ensure the relationship with the mechanical department for monitoring the maintenance of the entire rolling stock according to the needs following the training formats,
Ensure management and relations with the team of aesthetic preparers,
Guarantee the smooth running of services: correspondence between the course sold, the service provided and compliance with established procedures,
Be the ACO contact for instructors in the absence of the Driving School Manager,
During sporting events, participate in the setting up of “official car” teams (safety car, medical car) and be an actor.
Profile sought
You have initial successful experience in managing driving courses,
You have very good interpersonal skills,
You have the ability to work in a team, including with temporary staff,
You know how to react under pressure and have the ability to quickly find solutions to complex situations,
Proficiency in office tools is essential for this position,
Possession of a B license is mandatory, possession of the BPJEPS Sport Automobile is a plus,
You regularly work weekends and public holidays,
Fluency in English is a plus for this position.
