Job description and duties
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (M/F) to join our Ticketing and Customer Service team on a fixed-term contract until December. Your main mission will be to handle commercial requests (ticketing) as well as customer complaints for the various events organized by the ACO and its partners.
Your missions will be carried out under the direct supervision of the Ticketing and Customer Service Manager who establishes priorities and coordinates all actions within the department.
On a daily basis, you will be required to:

Manage the relationship with BtoC customers, both French and foreign, whether by telephone, emails or face-to-face at events.

Actively participate in the marketing of offers: entering orders, monitoring payments, printing and sending tickets while guaranteeing impeccable customer service.

Take charge of after-sales service to ensure optimal satisfaction: managing customer complaints, processing additional requests and resolving specific cases according to specific procedures.

Ensure an independent presence at the Customer Relations point during events in order to receive and directly process requests on site.

Regularly produce daily, weekly or ad hoc reports on your activities in order to optimize their efficiency.

Actively contribute to the logistical organization during sporting events, particularly through physical presence when necessary.
Profile sought
To succeed in this position, here are the required skills:

Minimum BAC +2 training in the field of customer relations or sales

Ideal knowledge of the sports events sector and ticketing/customer management tools (Secutix, Zendesk)

Autonomy, rigor, organization and ability to react quickly

Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams (service providers)

Strong sense of customer service with a commitment to providing quality assistance

Essential mastery of IT and office tools

Professional English mastered

Flexibility and availability essential during sporting events
